I got a pop up fire engine cheap on eBay, and we also filled a paddling pool with balls and a wee slide, but it ended up descending into a daddy-led ball fight haha!
Fire cupcakes!
This cake was so simple and yet so effective. I made a stand for the fire engine to keep it lifted off of the cake board by simply gluing a couple of corks to a sturdy piece of board that I covered in tinfoil. I then built the cake on top of the board and stuck the oreos on for wheels, which made it look like it was elevated. Easy peasy! I cut the ladder out of dough when I was making the fire engine biscuits. I found some firemen candles - perfect!
